Notice to Recruiters and Agencies

Christopher & Banks prefers to recruit candidates directly, rather than through a third party recruiter or agency. Therefore, we ask that you do not submit or present your candidates through any means (e-mail, fax, phone, mail, verbal referral or any other means), to Christopher & Banks or any employee of Christopher & Banks.

Christopher & Banks will only pay a fee for candidates submitted or presented where there is a signed recruiting agreement in place between Christopher & Banks and the recruiter or agency prior to the submittal of a candidate. In the case of candidate(s) submitted or presented to Christopher & Banks by a recruiter or agency without a signed agreement - for a specific position or general inquiry, Christopher & Banks explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency.

All vendors must have a signed agreement with Christopher & Banks to receive payment for the placement - approved by the VP of HR. The agreement must be dated no later than one year previous to the date of resume submission.

Verbal commitments from any other member of the Christopher & Banks staff will not be considered binding terms. Obtaining a signed vendor agreement is the only way you will be paid.

Christopher & Banks will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with the appropriate member of the corporate recruiting team.
